Story Line
The story follows a happy young couple who recently moved into a new home. While the husband is occupied with his construction business, the wife, Mahalakshmi (Pallavi), manages the household. During a routine cleaning, she discovers a mysterious mobile phone hidden in the house. The moment she begins using it, her behavior shifts drastically. Possessed by a vengeful spirit, she becomes obsessed with filming social media reels at all hours. The rest of the narrative tracks the husband’s desperate struggle to uncover the history of the phone and save his wife from the ghost’s digital trap.
Performances
Apart from the well-known comedian Shakalaka Shankar, the cast primarily consists of fresh faces who have delivered sincere performances. Pallavi, playing the lead role of Mahalakshmi, stands out with an impressive performance, successfully transitioning from a simple housewife to a possessed entity. Shakalaka Shankar provides much-needed relief with his trademark comedy timing, while Pawan’s comedic track also generates genuine laughs.
