Netflix has unveiled the trailer for ‘Lust Stories 3’, the third instalment of its International Emmy-nominated anthology. The film will premiere on Netflix on September 18, 2026.
The anthology brings together four stories directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra and Vishal Bhardwaj. The stories explore love, desire, complicated relationships, emotional choices and the unexpected consequences of personal decisions.
The cast includes Radhika Apte, Konkona Sen Sharma, Aditi Rao Hydari, Radhika Madan, Sana Thampi, Vijay Varma, Abhishek Banerjee, Siddharth, Ali Fazal and Gurfateh Pirzada.
According to Netflix, the trailer offers a preview of four distinct cinematic worlds, each with its own tone and style while sharing a broader focus on what people want, what they hold back and how desire affects their relationships. The anthology combines humour and chemistry with moments of vulnerability and introspection.
Motwane said his story examines the tension between the comfort of everyday life and the desire for something unexpected. Rao described her story as an exploration of how attraction can lead to complicated choices and unforeseen consequences.
Batra said he was interested in relationships shaped by affection, insecurity, allure and frustration, while Bhardwaj said his story explores the connection between desire, imagination, identity and self-expression.
‘Lust Stories 3’ premieres September 18, only on Netflix.
