Several South Indian films have confirmed streaming dates, with four titles scheduled to arrive on digital platforms on September 11, 2026. Suriya-starrer Vishwanath and Sons, Vishal’s Magudam, Joju George’s Malayalam film Varavu and Vivaah will premiere on different services.

The latest streaming schedule also includes Thudakkam, which will begin its digital run on JioHotstar on September 18. The film introduces Vismaya Mohanlal and Aashish Joe Antony as debutants.

September 11 streaming premieres

Vishwanath and Sons, starring Suriya and Mamitha Baiju, will be available on Netflix from September 11. The film is among the titles arriving at the start of the streaming schedule and is expected to be one of the week’s notable South Indian releases.

Vishal’s Magudam will premiere on Prime Video on the same day. The film marks Vishal’s directorial debut, adding a new milestone to the actor’s career as he takes on filmmaking responsibilities for the project.

Malayalam film Varavu, led by Joju George, will stream on ZEE5 from September 11. The Malayalam-language release is part of the same batch of films receiving confirmed over-the-top dates this week.

Vivaah is also scheduled to premiere on September 11, with the film set to stream on SunNXT. The four September 11 releases will be divided across Netflix, Prime Video, ZEE5 and SunNXT.

Thudakkam arrives the following week

Unlike the films set for September 11, Thudakkam will have a later streaming date. It will begin streaming on JioHotstar on September 18.

The film is notable for introducing Vismaya Mohanlal and Aashish Joe Antony as debutants. Its September 18 arrival gives viewers another South Indian title to look forward to after the cluster of releases scheduled for the previous week.

The confirmed dates provide a staggered streaming line-up across multiple platforms. Viewers will be able to find the films on different services, with Vishwanath and Sons, Magudam, Varavu and Vivaah arriving on September 11, followed by Thudakkam on September 18.
